What is a "Real
Time" TSB?
ShopKey takes TSBs seriously, receiving
them daily from the OEMs and entering them into our database.
Each quarter, ShopKey Repair customers receive these latest
TSBs automatically with their quarterly release. As a ShopKey
Rewards member, you get direct, instant access to the latest
TSBs as soon as we enter them into our database! ShopKey
Rewards connects you to ShopKey's vast database of TSBs
in REAL-TIME and presents them to you using proprietary
software developed exclusively for the ShopKey Rewards.
To access real time TSBs:
- After logging into ShopKey Rewards,
choose the Real Time TSBs link from the selection
list at the bottom of your display.
- Click the Real Time TSBs button.
The Real Time TSB viewer launches in a seperate window.
The display area of the viewer shows TSBs added in the previous
week and since the last release of ShopKey. This information
is presented for informational purposes only. You can't
click on any of the text.
- To the left
of your screen are the navigational choice lists. Choose
a Year. The Make selection becomes active. Choose
a Make and then a Model.
Note: the choice lists only display those
selections for which there is a valid Model. For example,
if there are no Real-Time TSBs available for an Acura
3.5 TL, you won't be able to select the model.
- Click the Get TSBs button below
the lists. (Alternatively, you can select the Real-Time
TSBs tab at the top of your display.) Your display changes
as the vehicle selection lists are replaced by a list
of TSB categories. Categories for which there are TSBs
for the selected model are displayed in a lighter shade
of blue.
- Click the All TSBs link to display
all TSBs for the selected vehicle. Alternatively, you
can perform a filtered search as described below.
Filtered TSB Search
Use a filtered search to refine your TSB
search to a specific Category and then to a specific Component,
Symptom, or Content Type.
First you choose a Category (Accessories
and Body, Cab, for example), then choose a Section (for
example, Door Locks & Anti-Theft Systems). Avaliable
Components, Symptoms, and Content filters for which TSBs
are available display in the TSB Filters area. Pick the
Filters for the types of TSBs you want to see.
Choose Select All if you want to
select all TSB filters.
