Logging into ShopKey Rewards for the First Time

The process for logging into ShopKey Rewards is a two-step process. First you must complete Customer Activation. Then you must complete the First Time Login process and set up a permanent password.

To Activate Your ShopKey Rewards account:

Activation begins with the Membership package you receive in the mail. Please read the package carefully, it contains everything you need to activate your ShopKey Rewards account.
Point your Browser to ShopKey Rewards (shopkeyrewards.com).
Click the Activate Membership link just below the login link.

The ShopKey Rewards Activation form displays. Follow the instructions in the form exactly to activate your membership. Within 15 minutes, you will receive an e-mail comfirming your membership and providing you with a temporary password and ID.

To Log into ShopKey Rewards for the first time:

After you have activated, watch your e-mail for a message entitled ShopKey Rewards login data. This message provides your temporary User Name and Password. Open the e-mail message.
Point your Internet Explorer browser to http://www.shopkeyrewards.com and click the Member Login button. The Login Screen displays the log in fields.

In the box provided for User Name, enter your temporary user name from the email message. In the Password box, enter your temporary password then press Log In.

TIP: We recommend that you copy and paste the User Name/Password from the e-mail message. This eliminates the potential for error. To copy your User Name, switch to the e-mail message (Alt+Tab), click your mouse pointer on the first character in the User Name, and holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor to the end of the text, which should now be highlighted:

Now, choose Edit/Copy from the menu bar (or Ctrl+C). This copies the text. Switch back to the log in screen and click in the User Name field. Choose Edit/Paste (or Ctrl+V) to paste into the field.

Repeat to copy and paste the Password.

Once you have logged in, another log in screen instructs you to change to a permanent User Name and Password.
Enter a New User Name and New Password and then enter the Password again in the Confirm New Password field. Note: Your User Name and Password must be at least six (6) characters in length. This is your permanent password. It is highly recommended that you write it down and keep it in a safe place.

You are logged into ShopKey Rewards and taken to the appropriate member home page (Gold or Platinum).
